The Centre for Maternal and Newborn Health (CMNH) at the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine (LSTM) offers unique expertise in using the rigorous discipline of research to inform teaching and technical assistance programmes to improve the health of mothers and babies globally. As a leading international centre of excellence for maternal and newborn health we aim to:
- Improve the availability and quality of healthcare for mothers and babies
- Contribute to a global reduction in maternal and newborn mortality and morbidity and improvement in quality of life.
We would be interested to hear from you if you are a midwife, obstetrician/gynaecologist, paediatrician, neonatologist or public health specialist and have a passion for improving maternal and newborn health. You will also have experience of working/volunteering in Low-Middle Income countries.
