LSTM’s Graduation Day is a celebration of the achievements and success of our students. Graduation ceremonies take place annually in the first week of December.

Invitations and ticket booking
LSTM’s next Graduation Day will take place on Thursday 5 December 2019.
A ‘Save the date’ email will be sent to all students who are eligible to attend in August 2019. This will be followed by an official invitation email, which will contain a booking link for student and guest tickets as well as gown hire.
Student and guest tickets will only be available to be booked by eligible students. Tickets are not available to be booked by the general public.

When will I receive my invitation to the Graduation Day?
All eligible students will receive a save the date email in August and this will be followed by an official invitation email which will contain a booking link for student and guest tickets as well as gown hire.
Is there a charge for graduation tickets?
There is no charge for student or guest tickets for the graduation. Students are entitled to upto two guest tickets. If venue capacity allows additional guest tickets will be released and allocated by ballot.

Will I need to hire a gown for the graduation ceremony?
Yes, in order to participate in the graduation ceremony you will need to hire a gown when booking your tickets at www.williamnortham.com
Is it possible to book professional photography at the graduation day?
Photo packages are available to be booked via William Northam online when booking your tickets and gown hire. There will also be a sales desk at the graduation ceremony for students to arrange photos on the day.
Will the ceremony be live-streamed and recorded?
The ceremony will be recorded and live-streamed, and details of the live-stream will be sent to students with briefing information a week before the Graduation Day.
Is there a venue at which additional friends and family in Liverpool can watch a live screening of the graduation ceremony?
Depending on the capacity at the venue and the demand for additional tickets, there may be a live screening of the graduation ceremony. Details of this will be confirmed in advance of the ceremony.
What time should I arrive at the venue on the day of the graduation ceremony?
Students will be sent a graduation guide by email with details about the day and a full schedule a week before the event. Students should be aware that they must arrive two hours ahead of the ceremony start time in order to take part in the ceremony. On arrival students will be directed to collect their gowns and have any photographs they have booked.
Will I receive a certificate for my LSTM qualification at the graduation day?
Depending on when your course ended you may have already had your certificate sent to you by post. For the majority of students certificates will be available for collection following the ceremony. Please note that certificates will not be given out on stage during the ceremony.
