A three-day course run in February each year aimed at GPs, Practice Nurses, Pharmacists and other clinical professionals with an interest in travel health who wish to develop their knowledge and skills in carrying out travel health risk assessments and how to provide travel health advice. The course will cover the fundamentals of travel health and highlight any advances in the field of travel medicine.

This course is primarily a 'paperless' course. This allows us to keep costs to a minimum and is in line with LSTM's commitment to the principles of education for sustainable development. You are encouraged to bring a laptop computer with a good battery life on which to view teaching resources and annotate hand-outs if you wish - our lecture theatre is equipped with plugs for recharging.
