And development of a road map to address them
The programme aims to identify the gaps, the needs, and barriers in Midwifery, Oncology and Mental health nursing in Nigeria. Focusing on pre-service and in-service education/continuous professional development. LSTM will be working with 2 partners, the Real visionaries working in mental health (Lagos based) and Medicaid Cancer Foundation working in oncology (based in Abuja) to organize two-2-day hybrid co-creation workshops, involving a total of 12 states and the Federal Ministry of Health. At the end of the workshops a road map to improve midwifery, oncology and mental health nursing in Nigeria will be developed.
