In-service capacity building and training for health workers in Sierra Leone (phase 3)

• LSTM updated all the training manuals, printed and distributed to all training sites
• Training equipment were updated at all training sites
• LSTM developed and evaluated a system for supportive supervision through a cluster randomised controlled trial.
• 500 health care workers from peripheral health units were trained
