LSTM’s Well Travelled Clinic in Pembroke Place has relocated to bigger premises in Anson House, opposite LSTM. The new clinic opened for business today and represents a long term commitment by LSTM and WTC to the area.
Situated on the ground floor of Anson House on the corner of Pembroke Place and Anson Street, the new clinic provides improved facilities and access for patients in comfortable surroundings which have been extensively refurbished.
Philippa Tubb, MD of Well Travelled Clinics Ltd said: “We had outgrown our original home in the main buildings of LSTM and needed larger, more modern facilities to continue to provide the best service to patients.
“As we expanded our services and the length of time we were open, relocation became the only option. Last year we saw about 10,000 people, these new facilities give us the capacity to increase that to 15,000.
“We would like to thank travellers for their patience during the brief closure period last week. During this period we added extra slots to our Chester clinic hours to accommodate people who needed urgent appointments. We’d also like to thank our loyal customers who visited the old clinic over the years for expert travel advice and vaccinations, and we hope to see them again in the future in our new improved facilities.
