Jonathan has over 9 years' professional experience as a software engineer and worked a further 8 years prior to this as a network engineer in the IT solutions industry.
He has an academic background in Computer Science, having studied his undergraduate (BSc (Hons) Computer Science) and postgraduate (MSc Advanced Computer Science) degrees at the Department of Computer Science, University of Liverpool.
Jonathan supports research data management, electronic data capture software development and cloud server administration of data from large research studies, particularly from clinical trials.
Prior to joining LSTM, Jonathan worked as software engineer/research associate at the Virtual Engineering Centre (VEC); a part of the University of Liverpool. There he was responsible for facilitating the conversion of academic research and innovative digital engineering solutions into high quality software.
