Mechanistic understanding to enable multi-targeting anti-infectives.

LSTM hosted a special seminar this week as Professor Christopher Dowson and Dr David Roper from the University of Warwick gave a talk entitled: Mechanistic understanding to enable multi-targeting anti-infectives.
Professor Dowson and Dr Roper work collaboratively using an interdisciplinary approach to study the fundamental aspects of peptidoglycan biosynthesis and cell wall biosynthesis to explore the relationship between pathogenesis, bacterial growth and antimicrobial strategies.
