The LSTM and Lancaster University Doctoral Training Partnership is delighted to offer up to seven funded studentships for commencement in October 2023 to enable exceptional candidates to access high-quality doctoral training and research opportunities in Translational and Quantitative Skills across a 4 year programme, leading to award of a PhD.

As a DTP, our aim is to support development of the next generation of leaders in translational research relevant to global health, who possess the necessary quantitative and interdisciplinary skills to work across the translational pathway, and who can translate scientific innovation into beneficial impacts on health for the world’s most vulnerable people and communities.

We want you to apply if you can demonstrate understanding, knowledge, and experience (plus passion!) in any of these areas. We welcome applications from candidates from a broad range of academic backgrounds.
